* Add single GICR region size definition (GIC_REDIST_REG_SIZE)
based on GIC version in platform independent include/drivers/gic.h
along with existing GIC_CPU_REG_SIZE and GIC_DIST_REG_SIZE
definitions.
* Amend usage of the now platform independent GIC_REDIST_REG_SIZE
as it no longer includes a multiplication by the number of core on
the target platform.
* Sort in ascending order the listing of GICR register definitions and
add comments to denote each definitions sections.
* Add definitions for each GICR frames.
* Ensure that all relevant code sections that compile for CFG_ARM_GICV3
also compile for CFG_ARM_GICV4.

Convert arm64-platform-cpuarch from a hard-coded cortex-a35 into a “?=”
(default) assignment so users can override it (for example to
cortex-a320) via the make command line.

The Cortex-A320 core is not yet supported via -mcpu=cortex-a320.
When arm64-platform-cpuarch is set to cortex-a320, switch to
-march=armv9.2-a.

The new Corstone-1000 variant with Cortex-A320 replaces the original
GIC-400 (v2) interrupt controller with a GIC-600, which is
architecturally compliant with GICv3. Since OP-TEE already provides
a generic GICv3 driver, only minimal platform changes are needed
to expose the updated register map and initialize the GICv3 interface.

**Changes introduced**

* When `cortex-a320` is selected:
* Force `CFG_ARM_GICV3=y`.
* Map the Redistributor region (`GICR_BASE`).
* Use `gic_init_v3(…)` instead of the v2 helper for Cortex-A320 builds.
* Add `GICR_BASE`, `GIC_REDIST_REG_SIZE`, and related offsets.
* Retain legacy `GICC_BASE` definitions under the GICv2 path so that
the Cortex-A35 + GIC-400 variant continues to build unchanged.

All but one platforms define CPU core interrupt controller from their
platform main.c source file next to its main interrupt handler.
This change factorize these implementation by moving the definition
of the controller data instance straight in the controller driver
source file. This change makes each controller driver to implement
straight itr_core_handler() function, preventing a extra branch on
interrupt execution. Interrupt controller driver initialization
function now straight calls itr_core_init().

This changes treats case when CFG_CORE_WORKAROUND_ARM_NMFI is enable
to not conflict with core/arch/arm/kernel/thread.c that already
overrides itr_core_handler() weak implementation.

With this change, the main controller initialization function
(gic_init(), gic_init_base_addr(), gic_cpu_init() and hfic_init())
no more gets the controller data as input argument.

As a consequence, definition of struct hfic_data and struct gic_data
moves from their respective driver header file to the respective
driver source file.

As a consequence, gic_dump() no more requires an argument.
