The ctrl reg contains bit fields to enable and disable regulators, and volt_reg has the bit fields to configure the voltage values. The registers are frequently accessed hence make them part of dm_regulator_uclass_platdata structure.

Some devices are supplied by configurable regulator's output. But there was no function for getting it. This commit adds function, that allows for getting the supply device by it's phandle.
The returned regulator device can be used with regulator uclass's API.

We do not need that "regulator-name" property must be provided in dts. If "regulator-name" property is not provided in dts, node name will chosen
