dt-bindings: Add interrupt-controller/mips-gic.h header
Import a copy of the dt-bindings/interrupt-controller/mips-gic.h header
from Linux, such that we can use device trees which include it without
dt-bindings: Add interrupt-controller/mips-gic.h header
Import a copy of the dt-bindings/interrupt-controller/mips-gic.h header
from Linux, such that we can use device trees which include it without
modification.
