If U-Boot is the secondary boot loader, or has been run from itself, the
SOR may already be powered up. Powering it up again causes a hang, so
detect this

device tree, which uses a node pointer instead, refactor existing code to
access this field through an inline function.

Adjust the driver to use driver model. The SOR becomes a bridge device. We
use the normal simple_panel driver to handle the display itself. We al
