UPSTREAM: nand: davinci: remove dead code for dm644x
The support for DaVinci DM* SoCs has been dropped. The code that used
to be relevant to dm644x is no longer needed. Remove it.

raw/ subdirectory, to ease the addition of a core file in nand/ and the
introduction of a spi/ subdirectory specific to SPI NANDs.
