Because of uboot commit:
16d5e02fb90 common: spl: Deliver aarch32 params based on uboot.itb
and rkbin commit:
21e55a8e rk3528: spl: Update version to v1.06
No need to use specific spl bin, default spl bin will support
boot both 32 bits U-Boot and 64 bits U-Boot in future.
