treewide: replace #include <asm/errno.h> with <linux/errno.h>

Now, arch/${ARCH}/include/asm/errno.h and include/linux/errno.h have
the same content. (both just wrap <asm-generic/errno.h>)

This complements the size/fatsize/ext4size commands added in
commit cf6598193aed5de8855eaf70c1994f2bc437255a
load, save and ls are already implemented for hostfs, now tests can
cover the same operations on hostfs and emulated block devices.

Use 'struct' instead of a typdef. Also since 'struct block_dev_desc' is long
and causes 80-column violations, rename it to struct blk_desc.

Remove the cmd_ prefix from command files

Now that they are in their own directory, we can remove this prefix.
This makes it easier to find a file since the prefix does not get in the
way.
