ARM: uniphier: replace <common.h> with <linux/delay.h> where possible
The <common.h> includes too many headers. Actually, these files
needed to include it for udelay() declaration. Now we can repl

it with <linux/delay.h> thanks to commit 5bc516ed661a ("delay:

ARM: uniphier: collect clock/PLL init code into a single directory
Now PLLs for DRAM controller are initialized in SPL, and the others
in U-Boot proper. Setting up all of them in a single directory

be helpful when we want to share code between SPL and U-Boot proper.
