sunxi: Fix watchdog reset function for R40
The watchdog found on the R40 SoC is the older variant found on the A20.
Add the proper "#if defines" to make it work.

sunxi: Use CONFIG_MACH_SUN?I from Kconfig instead of CONFIG_SUN?I
Mostly automatic with:
sed -i -e 's/CONFIG_\(SUN[45678]I\)/CONFIG_MACH_\1/g' $(git grep -l CONFIG_SUN[45678]I)
followed by remov
sunxi: Use CONFIG_MACH_SUN?I from Kconfig instead of CONFIG_SUN?I

separate hardware block, with its own address range and interrupt

Move the register definitions to a separate file to facilitate
supporting newer SoCs.
