behaviors common to all i.MX SoCs.

The i.MX28 is omitted because its architecture is a bit different (like imx/mxc
vs. mxs in Linux).

Move architecture-specific includes to arch/$ARCH/include/asm

This helps to clean up the include/ directory so that it only contains
non-architecture-specific headers and also matches Linux's direct
