fix(juno): restrict measured boot to a single algo
Juno is already quite space constrained. This makes enabling all
algorithms provided by Mbed-TLS by default a no-go. Similar to TC,

Juno is already quite space constrained. This makes enabling all
algorithms provided by Mbed-TLS by default a no-go. Similar to TC,
constrain the board to a single algorithm when measured boot is enabled.
