Add support for CFG_NS_VIRTUALIZATION=y in the default notification
implementation used with the SMC ABI.

virt_add_guest_spec_data() is used to add struct notif_vm_bitmap for
bookkeeping per guest, similarly to the implementation for the FF-A ABI.

This takes care of and removes the assert for "!guest" in
notif_send_async().

Makes the generic notification handling aware of virtualization. Atomic
events are delivered with a guest_id parameter and asynchronous
notifications are started per guest_id.

struct notif_data is added as guest specific data to be able to track if
notifications are started for a guest.

While this patch compiles it doesn't work as intended without patches
handling the ABI specific side of things.

Adds support for asynchronous notifications via FF-A with SPMC at S-EL1.

The OP-TEE FF-A ABI is extended to report support for asynchronous
notifications during OPTEE_FFA_EXCHANGE_CAPABILITIES.

The SPMC at S-EL1 is extended to provide the FF-A notifications ABI to a
normal world VM.

The notifications depends on having a non-secure SGI interrupt ID
available to notify normal world that a notification is pending.
Notifications becomes available once platform code has called
thread_spmc_set_async_notif_intid() with a designed SGI ID.
