Add the CAAM HAL for the following platforms:
- imx8qm
- imx8qxp
These platforms feature a separate security controller that handles
the following resources/peripherals:
- RNG
- Peripheral owernership
- Clocks
To allocate and initialize the CAAM, the driver relies on the
MU driver and a secure controller API to communicate with the
security controller.
