FFA_MEM_RELINQUISH is used by a SP to release a memory share that was
claimed by calling FFA_MEM_RETRIEVE_REQ_64 before.
The memory region will be unmapped from the SPs memory once
FFA_MEM_RELINQUISH has been called the same amount of times as
FFA_MEM_RETRIEVE_REQ_64.
