The value of `PROTECT_MEM_REGION` was incorrectly set to 2. This patch
updates it to 1, which aligns with the DRTM specification v1.1 for
DMA protection modes.
Note: Although the DRTM implementation does not currently handle
`PROTECT_MEM_REGION`, this fix ensures future compatibility and avoids
misleading definitions.
