Increase the prescaler value to 1024 in order to increase watchdog
timeout value.
((2^12) * 1024) / 32767 = 128
It will allow watchdog timeout up to 128s.
Also multiply the IWDG_TIMEOUT_US by 4, same as the prescaler value.
