thread_std_smc_entry() and __thread_std_smc_entry().
Zeroes are passed where the new parameters are not needed.
This prepares for the next update of the FF-A ABI for OP-TEE where among
other things one more register is used by
OPTEE_FFA_YIELDING_CALL_WITH_ARG.
