Adds another check of srcLen in TEE_CipherDoFinal() before calling
tee_buffer_update() to make sure that we don't dereference destLen when
it's NULL.
This fixes coverity scan:
CID 1501811 (#1 of 1): Dereference after null check (FORWARD_NULL)
