1.when dm sfc of-match, it will bind two kinds of spi flash devices as
rkflash:
a.SpiNand, devnum 0, if_type IF_TYPE_SPINAND
b.SpiNor, devnum 1, if_type IF_TYPE_SPINOR
2.Publish type of rkflash product.
