Increases MPI mempool size from 8Kb to 12Kb to be compensate for changes
in the (future) commit "libmbedtls: mbedtls_mpi_exp_mod(): reduce stack
usage" where mbedtls_mpi_exp_mod() is allocating an additional ~3Kb.
