fixup_cmdtable() did all work for fixing up the cmdtable,
if CONFIG_RELOC_FIXUP_WORKS is not defined.
CONFIG_RELOC_FIXUP_WORKS is missing for i386! I talked
with Graeme Russ, and he will fix this soon.
