ARM: uniphier: remove SPL support for ARMv8 SoCsIt has been a while since ARM Trusted Firmware supported UniPhier SoCfamily. U-Boot SPL was intended as a temporary loader that runs insecure world. It is a maintenance headache to support two differentboot mechanisms. ARM: uniphier: switch to raw U-Boot imageNow everything is done to load a raw U-Boot proper image instead ofan mkimage-processed one (as far as I tested on NAND, eMMC, NOR).The SPL already knows the load address of the U-Boot proper withoutparsing its uImage header because the load address is defined byCONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE, assuming that the two images are generated fromthe same build.My main motivation of this switch is to use u-boot-with-spl.bin, aconcatenation of u-boot-spl.bin and u-boot.bin. (I wish there werea concatenation of u-boot-spl.bin and u-boot.img...)
