net: Make netconsole src and dest ports configurableIt is desirable to use different port numbers for sending and receivingpackets with netconsole in the case where you have more than one deviceon the local subnet with netconsole enabled for broadcast. When theyuse the same port for both, any output from one will look like input tothe other. tools/netconsole: use ncb automatically if availableThe standard netcat, while ubiquitous, doesn't handle broadcast udp packetsproperly. The local ncb util does however.
