UPSTREAM: Convert CONFIG_SPI to KconfigThis converts the following to Kconfig: CONFIG_SPIThis partly involves updating code that assumes that CONFIG_SPI impliesthings that are specific to the MPC8xx SPI driver. For now, just updatethe CONFIG tests.
