sh: share the correct version of start.S among all cpusIt is easy to note that SH2/SH3/SH4 start.S code is practicallythe same with a minor difference for SH2 where a short data header ispresent. Kbuild: introduce Makefile in arch/$ARCH/Introduce a Makefile under arch/$ARCH/ and include it in thetop Makefile (similar to Linux kernel).
