ti: am335x/am437x/omap5 devices: Fix breakage when CONFIG_CMD_NET is not used
Currently there is no default value for NETARGS if CONFIG_CMD_NET=y isn't set. This results in build errors which was first discovered when trying to run make env.
By defining a blank NETARGS these errors can be avoided.

ti: armv7: Move SPL SDRAM init to the right place, drop unused CONFIG_SPL_STACK
Currently in some cases SDRAM init requires global_data to be available and soon this will not be available prior to board_init_f(). Adjust the code paths in these cases to be correct. In some cases we had the SPL stack be in DDR as we might have large stacks (due to Falcon Mode + Environment). In these cases switch to CONFIG_SPL_STACK_R. In other cases we had simply been setting CONFIG_SPL_STACK into SRAM. In these cases we no longer need to (CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR is used and is also in SRAM) so drop those lines.

MMC SD fs boot partition config coding style and proper description
CONFIG_SYS_MMC_SD_FS_BOOT_PARTITION ought to be called CONFIG_SYS_MMCSD_FS_BOOT_PARTITION to keep it consistent with other config options such as: CONFIG_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE_U_BOOT_SECTOR.
In addition, it is not related to raw mode booting but to fs mode instead.

TI:armv7: Change CONFIG_SPL_STACK to not be CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR
There are times where we may need more than a few kilobytes of stack space. We also will not be using CONFIG_SPL_STACK location prior to DDR being initialized (CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR is still used there) so pick a good location within DDR for this to be. Tested on OMAP4/AM335x/OMAP5/DRA7xx.

We are about to switch to Kconfig in the next commit. But there are something to get done beforehand.
In Kconfig, include/generated/autoconf.h defines boolean CONFIG macros as 1.
CONFIG_SPL and CONFIG_TPL, if defined, must be set to 1. Otherwise, when switching to Kconfig, the build log would be sprinkled with warning messages like this: warning: "CONFIG_SPL" redefined [enabled by default]

ARM: omap: move board specific NAND configs out from ti_armv7_common.h
This patch moves some board specific NAND configs: - FROM: generic config file 'ti_armv7_common.h' - TO: individual board config files using these configs. So that each board can independently set the value as per its design.
Following configs are affected in this patch: CONFIG_SYS_NAND_U_BOOT_OFFS: <refer doc/README.nand> CONFIG_CMD_SPL_NAND_OFS: <refer doc/README.falcon> CONFIG_SYS_NAND_SPL_KERNEL_OFFS: <refer doc/README.falcon> CONFIG_CMD_SPL_WRITE_SIZE: <refer doc/README.falcon>
This patch also updates documentation for few of above NAND configs.
