Move defaults from config_cmd_default.h to Kconfig
This sets the default commands Kconfig to match
include/config_cmd_default.h commands in the common/Kconfig and removes
them from include/configs.

net: Move the CMD_NET config to defconfigs
This also selects CONFIG_NET for any CONFIG_CMD_NET board.
Remove the imx default for CONFIG_NET.

SH4 and SH4A are compatible. But some instructions are different from these.
In Linux kernel, It is treated as a separate CPU, but for now, I
