The pci_indirect.c file is always compiled when

bridge support is not needed by every board.

The pci_indirect.c file is always compiled when
CONFIG_PCI is defined although the indirect PCI
bridge support is not needed by every board.

Introduce a new CONFIG_PCI_INDIRECT_BRIDGE
config option and only compile indirect PCI
bridge support if this options is enabled.

Also add the new option into the configuration
files of the boards which needs that.

Compile tested for powerpc, x86, arm and nds32.
MAKEALL results:

the state of Linux-3.7.1 with exclusion of some bits:

- the update is concentrated on NAND, no onenand or CFI/NOR/SPI
flashes interfaces are updated EXCEPT for API changes.

- new large NAND chips support is there, though some updates
have got in Linux-3.8.-rc1, (which will follow on top of this patch).

To produce this update I used tag v3.7.1 of linux-stable repository.

The update was made using application of relevant patches,
with changes relevant to U-Boot-only stuff sticked together
to keep bisectability. Then all changes were grouped together
to this patch.

CONFIG_SPL_MAX_SIZE we cannot use math here

Since P1022DS RevB board, the NOR flash have been changed to 1

need for SPI/SD boot.

Since P1022DS RevB board, the NOR flash have been changed to 16 bit/28bit
address flash, therefore, when SDHC/ESPI booting and access to eLBC,
the PMUXCR[0~1] must be set to 10b, and PMUXCR[9~10] must be set to
00b for them.

Configure the PX_BRDCFG0[0~1] to 10b which is connected to
SPI devices as SPI_CS(0:3)_B.
