configs: Add new rk3588-qnx_defconfig

Target:
- Save boot time and firmware size.

Background:
- Because rk3588 qnx only need emmc, don't need spi flash & sdmmc.

Solution:
- Remove unnecessary defc

- Remove unnecessary defconfig, like CONFIG_SPL_AB to save boot time.
others like CONFIG_SPL_MTD_SUPPORT to save firmware size.
