mx25pdk: Remove lowlevel_init.S file
As the lowlevel_init function is empty we should better
remove this assembly file entirely and use a dummy C
function instead.

punt unused clean/distclean targets
The top level Makefile does not do any recursion into subdirs when
cleaning, so these clean/distclean targets in random arch/board dirs
never get used. Punt them
