This corrects the MISRA violation C2012-10.1:
This change avoids implicit conversions between standard boolean
types and integer types, ensuring type safety and compliance.
Replaced definitions of `true` and `false` in <stdbool.h> with
explicit equality ('0'=='0') and inequality ('1'=='0') checks.
