docs: deprecate Arm RD1AE platform
RD1AE (Kronos) is now deprecated in TF-A v2.14. Emit a build-time
warning in platform.mk of that platform to make the status explicit.

warning in platform.mk of that platform to make the status explicit.
Update docs/plat/index.rst to list RD1AE with deleted version set to
TBD.
Drop from the deprecated table platforms that were already deleted in
v2.13 (TC2, fvp_r, SGI-575, RD-N1-Edge, RD-V1, RD-V1-MC).

Arm has made the strategic decision to deprecate the TC2 platform. As
a result, software development and the creation of fast models for TC2
have been officially

Arm has made the strategic decision to deprecate the TC2 platform. As
a result, software development and the creation of fast models for TC2
have been officially discontinued. The TC2 platform, now considered
obsolete, has been succeeded by the TC3 and TC4 platforms. Notably,
both TC3 and TC4 are already integrated into TF-A, with TC3 included
in the CI repository. Work to add CI support for TC4 is currently in
progress.

interfaces are similar to Versal NET platform. System starts with AMD PLM
firmware which loads TF-A(bl31) to memory, which is already configured, and
jumps to it. PLM also prepare handoff structure for TF-A with information
what components were load and flags which indicate which EL level SW should
be started.

S32G274ARDB2 is a development board to showcase the capabilities of the
S32G2 SoC. It includes 4 ARM Cortex-A53 cores running at 1.0GHz, 4GBs
of DDR, accelerators for automotive networking and many other
peripherals.
The added support is minimal and only includes the BL2 stage, with no
MMU enabled. The FIP is preloaded by the BootROM in SRAM, and BL2 copies
BL31 and BL33 from FIP to their designated addresses.
